Master Classes
Master Classes are one-time classes that allow students the opportunity to learn directly from working professionals. Participating ages and cost may vary depending on the content of the class.
Classes take place at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center.
Technical Theatre Master Class

Calling all technical theatre students! You’re invited to a behind-the-scenes view of City Springs Theatre Company’s production of BEAUTIFUL: The Carole King Musical! Led by CSTC’s Productions team, students will put their technical theatre skills to the test while also learning new useful tools to bring back to their own productions. In addition, students will tour the state-of-the-art Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center and observe the show’s sets, props, and costumes. The class will end with a Q&A, where students are encouraged to ask anything and everything about technical theatre. Students will receive practical technical theatre knowledge and training during this unique 2-hour workshop!
Dance Master Class

Calling all musical theatre students! You’re invited to learn choreography from BEAUTIFUL: The Carole King Musical! Led by ensemble member Cedric Paige, students will do a dance warm-up, across the flow, learn some choreography from the show, and participate in a Q & A where students are encouraged to ask about auditions, the creative process, and the excitement of performing every night! Students should wear clothes and shoes in which they can easily move and bring a bottle of water.
