PRE-PRO TECH
The mission of the Pre-Pro program is to provide students with rigorous training to prepare them for a career in the arts and beyond, and this also includes our behind the scenes technical theatre training!
Pre-Pro Tech offers hands-on and classroom-based learning in many areas of technical theatre, including carpentry, scenic design & painting, lighting, sound, wardrobe, and stage management. Students will work side by side with City Springs Theatre’s production teams on all technical elements including projects as early as the design phase! They will learn what it takes to create and execute different types of shows for our Conservatory programs.
Our new and improved Pre-Pro Tech program kicks off this April 2025 and runs through August 2025. Students are required to participate in an interview for acceptance into the program. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply! Open to rising 9th grade – rising college freshman. Interviews will begin in March 2025.
Tuition
Students Rising 9th-12th Grade: $200/mo April-August
Rising College Freshman: $200/mo April-July
Classes will be based at City Springs Theatre Company Production Studios, 1831 West Oak Parkway, Suite B, Marietta, GA, 30062
